•  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm the date and order. If payment is not received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, the order will be voided.

• Remaining 50% is due within two weeks of delivery/pick-up date. If payment is not received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, the order will be voided. Please note the original 50% deposit will not be refunded.

​

• If a booking is requested within two weeks of the delivery/pick-up date, the full payment is required to confirm the date and order.  If payment is not received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, the order will be voided.

​

• If a booking is requested within one  week of the delivery/pick-up date, the full payment is required to confirm the date and order.  If payment is not received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, the order will be voided.

• Cookie prices start at $48 a dozen for 3-4-inch cookies and $24 a dozen for mini cookies. Larger or specialty cookies are priced accordingly per order.

​

• Cookie design choices are four cutters per one dozen up to eight total for 3-4-inch cookies.

​

• Cookie cutters and general theme for set are agreed upon at booking. Last minute changes or additions are subject to an additional fee.

​

• Cookies are individually heat-sealed in bags.

​

• Above prices include one cookie flavor and one royal icing flavor per order. A second cookie flavor may be added for an additional fee.

​

• Orders can be delivered directly to customer if delivery address is located within ~10 miles from SweetLia Sugar Shoppe in Damascus, Maryland for no additional charge. Direct delivery is agreed upon at booking.

​

• Orders can be picked up either at a mutually agreed upon central location or from SweetLia Sugar Shoppe. Pick-up details are agreed upon at booking.

​

• Direct delivery outside of the delivery area is subject to an additional fee. Direct delivery outside of the delivery area is agreed upon at booking.

• Any changes or updates to delivery or pick-up details will be communicated to SweetLia Sugar Shoppe and/or the customer as appropriate. Changes may be subject to an additional fee as noted above.

​

• All orders are delivered or picked-up within the state of Maryland.

​

• Once orders are picked up or delivered, Customer assumes all responsibility for the order.
